SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your consent to receive SMS messages from ListingPixie, you agree to the following:

You authorize ListingPixie to send you text messages related to our photo enhancement service, including enhanced photos, billing notifications, and service updates.
Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will receive messages each time you submit a photo and receive an enhanced version.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our services.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to (610) 510-4700. You will receive a confirmation message.

We may modify or discontinue SMS services at any time with notice.

By using our SMS service, you certify that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.

Service Description

ListingPixie provides automated photo enhancement services via SMS. You send us photos of products, and we return professionally enhanced versions optimized for online marketplace listings.

How to Use the Service

To use ListingPixie:

Text your product photo to (610) 510-4700
By sending a photo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
You will receive an enhanced version of your photo via SMS
Each photo costs $0.25

Pricing and Billing

Pricing: $0.25 per image processed

Billing Frequency:

Billed weekly for your usage
If your weekly total is under $5, it rolls to the next week
Heavy usage may be billed early (at $100 threshold)

Payment: Processed securely through Stripe

Your Responsibilities

When using ListingPixie, you agree to:

Only send photos you own or have rights to use
Not send inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content
Use enhanced photos for legitimate marketplace listings
Maintain accurate payment information
Pay for all services rendered

Image Rights and Ownership

You retain all rights to your original and enhanced photos. We process your images solely to provide our enhancement service. We store photos for one week to allow re-downloads, then automatically delete them.

Service Quality

We strive to provide high-quality photo enhancements, but we cannot guarantee specific results. Photo enhancement quality may vary based on:

Original photo quality and lighting
Subject matter and complexity
Technical limitations of AI processing

If you're unsatisfied with a result, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee:

Uninterrupted access to the service
Specific processing times (though typically a few minutes)
That the service will always meet your expectations

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied with our service, contact us at support@listingpixie.com and we'll review your situation.

Cancellation and Opt-Out

You can stop using ListingPixie at any time by:

Simply stopping sending photos
Texting STOP to (610) 510-4700 to unsubscribe
Contacting us to close your account

You will be billed for any services used before cancellation.

SMS Communication

By using our service, you consent to receive SMS messages from ListingPixie, including:

Enhanced photos you requested
Billing notifications
Service updates (rarely)

Limitation of Liability

ListingPixie provides photo enhancement services "as is." We are not liable for:

Lost sales or business opportunities
Technical issues with third-party services
Dissatisfaction with enhancement results
Issues arising from misuse of enhanced photos

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use ListingPixie to:

Process illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content
Misrepresent products to buyers
Reverse engineer or abuse our service
Violate any marketplace's terms of service

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. We'll notify users of significant changes via SMS or email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
